Delivery information
We deliver products by post or via a transport company for a fee.
Alternatively, you can collect them from our showroom in Clapham Junction, London, free of charge.
Dispatch time
Most of the products in our online shop are manufactured/ordered especially for our clients, and it can take some time to get them ready, depending on the manufacturer and product ordered. We will advise you of the estimated delivery time on the product description page.
If you order a product in our online shop that we have in stock in our showroom, we will deliver it to you on the next working day, or alternatively, you can collect it from our showroom.
If you have ordered multiple products with different delivery times, our Online Sales Team will call you to discuss delivery.

Note: We recommend postal delivery for products that weigh between 0 to 10 kgs. For products that are heavier than 10 kgs, we recommend home delivery via our transport company or collection from our showroom.
